Browser access to 1poker requires no installation. Simply open 1poker.org on any device, log in, and start playing live tables or placing bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and MotoGP markets. The web version carries the same features as the app and is updated in real time across all platforms.

Getting 1poker on your device

We offer three installation paths for 1poker. Choose the method that fits your device and preference: Android users can install the APK directly; iOS users access 1poker via Safari and save a home-screen shortcut; all users can play in any web browser without installation.

Step-by-step installation for 1poker

1. Download the 1poker APK (Android) or open 1poker.org in Safari (iOS); if using browser, skip to step three.

3. Open 1poker, tap Open account, enter email, password, mobile number, and accept terms; verify your email within one hour.
4. Upload government ID and address proof in the KYC section; 1poker completes verification within two business days.

App vs. browser on 1poker

Both the 1poker app and browser version access the same live-dealer studios and sportsbook. The app stores recent games offline, so you can review your last five sessions without internet. Push notifications on the app alert you when a settlement is final or a withdrawal is approved. Browser access works on any device without installation; you can play 1poker on a shared computer or borrowed phone by simply logging out afterward. The app uses slightly less data on weak networks through our compression codec; browser streaming adapts to connection speed identically. Choose the app if you prefer notifications and offline session history; choose browser if you value instant access without installation.

Live-dealer table performance on 1poker is identical on app and browser. Our multi-camera studios broadcast at adaptive bitrate, so you see clear video on 4G and readable video on 3G or weak WiFi. Table chat, bet limits, and payout settlement work the same way on both platforms.

Device compatibility on 1poker

The 1poker app requires Android 7 or newer (released 2016) and iOS 12 or newer (released 2018). Most phones in use today meet these requirements. Older devices may experience lag or video stuttering. We recommend a device with at least 1 GB free storage and 4 GB RAM for smooth play. Bandwidth: 1poker uses approximately 2 MB per hour on low-quality stream (3G) and 8 MB per hour on high-quality (4G). Tablets run 1poker identically to phones; tables auto-scale to screen size.

Troubleshooting common 1poker install issues

On Android, if installation fails, ensure you have enabled unknown sources in Settings > Security. If 1poker APK does not open after download, check that your device allows installation from the Downloads folder. On iOS, if Add to Home Screen does not appear in Safari, update to the latest iOS version and try again. If 1poker tables fail to load, close and reopen the app; if the issue persists, clear your browser cache. Certificate trust warnings on Android are normal for direct APK installs (not from a store); 1poker code is not signed by Google Play but is scanned for malware before release. If you see a security warning, contact our support team to confirm the source of the APK you downloaded.

Data, permissions, and account security on 1poker

The 1poker app requests permission to store files (for offline session cache), access your internet (required), and send notifications (optional but recommended). We do not request access to your contacts, camera, or location. Your account data on 1poker is encrypted during transmission and at rest on our servers. When you log into 1poker, your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately through the account settings menu; 1poker locks your account pending a support review if unusual activity is detected. Two-factor authentication on 1poker is not yet available but is under development.

Session data on 1poker expires after 30 days of inactivity. If you do not log in for 30 days, your account remains active but any cached tables on your device are cleared to free storage. Withdrawals and deposits are handled by licensed payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), not directly by 1poker. Your payment details are never stored on our servers; they are processed by the payment provider and deleted after settlement.

Support and account recovery on 1poker

If you forget your password on 1poker, tap Forgot your password on the login screen; we send a recovery link to your registered email within one business day. If you cannot access your email account, contact our support team through the 1poker app (Help > Contact Support) or via the website. Our support team in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang responds to account recovery requests within two business days. For urgent issues during Liga 1 matches or Piala AFF tournaments, email us directly; we aim to respond within four hours on event days. If your account is locked due to suspicious activity, we require identity verification (government ID) before unlocking; this process takes one business day once documents are received.
